Simple and Lovely

This is a lovely scented Body Butter. Very feminine and subtle. Took a break from this one trying other Body Butters. Just purchased it again--reminds me of my High School days. I always used to use this every day. This is also my mother's favourite Body Butter.

I tried this because I had tried another brand with the same scent and it was like an old lady's really strong old perfume. So glad I did. The smell is great, just what I wanted. It conjures a feeling of endless fresh Spring blossoms. The best part of all was when I awoke the next morning after using it to the softest skin ever! This is the most emollient butter I have tried from The Body Shop. Another great hit for me!

I loved it!
I am so happy I bought this, it's not even winter yet and it's so cold that my skin was starting to flake, itch and crack (which is very painful) so I decided to look at body butters.
The scent was very important to me since my boyfriend is very sensible to any strong smell and gives him headaches, so I went to the store and picked this one thinking to maybe come back later to buy the body mist or parfum but there's no need to build up the smell with this body butter and it has lasted me more than 12 hours, I have even slept with it on, woke up and still smelled wonderfully, I was VERY impressed and happy.
Obviously it turned out to be too much for him but it's subtle enough for me, actually I think it's just right, so I'll use this when I feel like treating myself to some luxurious and sexy smell (and when he's not around hahaha).
The butter absorbs super quick and it leaves my skin glowing (a healthy glow) and looking amazing, plus I'm not having any itchiness, flakiness, redness or cracking anymore.
I'm planning on using this on a trip to a very hot and humid place, hoping that it works as well there as it does here. I'll update my findings :D

This body butter has a "looser" texture than the coconut body butter if that makes any sense. The scent is light and feminine without being overpowering. It's a nice alternative for days when you want to wear a subtle, fresh & floral scent without spraying a heavy perfume.
