As you will probably read from other reviews here, this product is a bit on the sticky side. That being said, I simply put it on before bed and it repairs my lips over night and prevents further damage. It feels great and the ingredients are all very healthy. Thanks Body Shop!

I'm a lip balm junkie, always trying new ones looking for something to heal my dry, cracked, peeling lips. I like this balm for use overnight. I apply a light layer, let it sink in, then apply a thicker layer before going to bed. In the morning my lips are very soft. During the day I can only use a very thin layer. If I use a more heavy hand it feels like I want to just peel my lips more.
