I do not know if it is a mind over matter deal...but I have not slept through the night in years and used this last night and fell asleep instantly and for 8 hours! Will keep using for sure!!

Using this shower cream gives you that baby massage oil kind of smell, kind of like aromatherapy to calm and soothe your body and mind. The texture is creamy and can be used as bath cream (mixed with their bath milk powder or any other bath salt).
I gave 3 stars for the value because it is kind of expensive to spend that much for just shower cream.
