I think for the price of this, there isn't very much shower cream in the bottle. Also it doesn't really lather up so I think the next time I'm going to spread it all over me before I get in the shower so I don't use as much product.

Deep Sleep Shower Cream is the best shower cream ever! My skin is noticeably smoother after less than a week and I seem to be sleeping more soundly.

I don't know if this actually helps me sleep, but using it in a hot shower right before bed is definitely relaxing. I like the scent, too. It's a nice alternative to the fruity lip balms and lotions I use during the day.
