Even better than shea butter. My skin was still silky the next day, even my feet! If you happen to taste with skin with Chocomania on it, it tastes horrible. I've never noticed this with the several other body butters I use. Smell is just okay.

I initially ordered a small Chocomania Body Lotion to try this line out. It was love at first sniff! As many of the reviews state, it's not the usual milk chocolate scent you'd expect. My nose interpreted it as warm vanilla bean mixed with amber and rich cocoa. Anyway, I immediately came back and bought the whole line. The Body Butter is much richer than the Body Lotion. It's great on my dry skin.
PS- As good as it smells, I recommend washing your hands well after applying the Butter. It tastes horrid!

I bought this for the chocolate scent, hoping it would really smell like chocolate. Initially, it smells like chocolate cake with chocolate frosting (yum!), but the yummy food smell fades within an hour and the cologne smell is dominant. It's OK, but I'm not a cologne kind of girl. The moisturizing, though, is amazing! I have loved The Body Shop's body butters for years, but this is a new high. I put this on right after an evening shower and didn't have to re-moisturize the next morning, afternoon, or evening. That's new for me.

I'm not normally a fan of The Body Shop's body butter. I've tried a bunch of them, and they smell a little weird (either too strong, too artificial, or just gross) and are greasy and don't blend in. But I had to get the Chocomania - I tried it in the store and LOVED the scent. I am happy to report that the new formula is amazing! It absorbs quickly, moisturizes well and doesn't leave me greasy. I wouldn't be afraid to use this even in the summer. Not to mention it's paraben-free (which the other body butters aren't). And I still love the scent, it's heavenly! After loving the body butter so much, I went out and got a gift set of the whole line. It's fantastic!
