This is the best of the body butters. Melts into you not sticky (I am mega picky use to let my hands split because cannot stand lotions) but who cares if it's "not a real chocolate scent" are you really wanting to smell like a Hershey bar? It smells like ovaltine to me. But cannot beat the hydration. Keep this one around guys!

I am new to Chocomania, and although I had a little snag with my order, I am so in love with these products. The body butter is really nice. I used it after my shower and it was delightful. It's thick and rich, but great in the wintertime, and I use it right before bed so my skin really gets hydrated overnight. The chocolate scent is not artificial smelling, which I like. It smells like a rich bar of milk chocolate. I only wish I could eat it :)
Here's my recipe for the best shower EVER: Wash with Chocomania body wash, follow with the scrub, then the oil (all in the shower). Then get out, towel dry, and apply the lotion or body butter (or both) depending on skin dryness. I don't own the EDT (although I can imagine it's nice) but I top off with a few sprays of Chocolovers perfume by Aquolina and I am in HEAVEN!!!

The only good thing is the smell

With all of the complaints in the reviews about the smell, I was surprised that was the best part of this butter for me. I bought a small size, but it still only lasted 2 days. I've had body butters that size from other places that lasted longer. It also just kind of sits on top of your skin instead of soaking in. Not only does this mean it doesn't moisturize (the whole purpose of the product), but it also means you're left with this sticky residue on the surface of your skin that flakes off. I'm so glad I didn't buy a full size.

I'm not thrilled with this product. It smells nothing like chocolate or cocoa. I think it has a masculine, men's cologne type of smell :(
