I'm a 65 y.o.widow, but I feel 25. Every time I put it on, TBShop Shea Body Butter (and no other brand that I've wasted money on) makes me feel younger, softer, still beautiful and incredibly sexy. The fragrance alone is uniquely natural, and the creaminess of the butter is addictive (using it for over 10 years) for my hands, feet, and every "dry" part of my skin. I crave and covet it when I run out. If I get nothing else at the mall, I make sure to get my Shea Body Butter each month. It's a "got to have" items on my budget, not an option.

"Hands-Down" the Best Moisturizer EVER!!

Like many others, I found myself fighting extremely dry, cracked, and bleeding skin. I have tried so many other products with zero results, products that left my hands with layers of grease or red and itchy after they were quickly absorbed. Then on impulse one day, I went into The Body Shop and left with the Shea Body Butter. Within 2 days, my hands were silky and smooth without a crack or sign of dryness! I was completely floored with the results of this product. I have already told my friends and family all about the wonders of Shea Body Butter and fully intend to continue doing so. As for complete strangers with very dry skin: buy this, it works!

The #1 reason I started shopping at The Body Shop.

I've had chronic dry skin [related to my psoriasis] for as long as I can remember. Fortunately, there are prescription creams you can get for psoriasis. However, when it comes to body lotions for seriously dry skin, well... good luck. Generally, you'll either be covered in a layer of oil [that then comes off on all sorts of cool things... like clothes, furniture, walls, etc], or totally dry & itchy within ten minutes of application.
THIS.LOTION.IS.AWESOME! In fact, any of the "Very Dry Skin" body butters are AWESOME, but I personally find that the Shea works ever so slightly better than the others.
They smell great [I'm partial to the nut butters, specifically, so can't say anything about the fruit ones], they soak into your skin, and they STAY soaked into your skin. Love it, love it, LOVE it!
Don't believe me? Find a local store at the mall and try their body butter samplers. These lotions are worth every penny [especially when you catch a sale]! :)

My lotion was doing nothing to improve the rough, scaly skin on my legs, knees, arms, and elbows. I used The Body Shop's online tool to find which body butter was right for me, and put this body butter on my short list to try in the store. A little went a long way, and it really does melt into the skin. The scent is clean and is not too strong. Now my favorite thing is to smooth this butter on after a shower in the evening, go to bed, and wake up to smooth, soft skin with reduced fine lines and this wonderful scent. Really happy with how my skin looks and feels now, and I'm always sniffing my wrist to get a whiff of scent. I will be coming back for more.
