Smells bad

Should have read the reviews before purchasing it. It's incredibly cheap, and it makes my order free of shipping charge. However, as the previous customer says, it smells weird. I don't know if it went bad or it is supposed to smell like that. Anyway, I expect Wild Rose smells better. Didn't bother to call the customer service, but won't recommend the purchase.

TBS should not sell spoiled products

Bought it on sale. When I opened it, I immediately knew it was bad. It smells like spoiled cooking oil. I looked up the production date by the lot code, and found out that it was produced 2 years and 11 months ago.

When i called the customer service, the representative said that TBS products are usually good for 3 years "so it should still be good for another year"...Okay, let's skip his math...I understand the manufacturer/seller might put products on sale/clearance when they're approaching the expiration date, but you should NEVER sell something that's already so obviously spoiled. I asked if there's any slightly newer bottle and was told that the product was discontinued and there are no newer ones. So I asked for a refund and trashed the bottle.

Very pleasant feel and smell

I live in a "high desert" environment, where it's chilly and very dry most of the time, so finding moisturising products that really penetrate the skin and that have staying power can be difficult. The hand oil works very well; I apply it maybe two or three times a day to the backs of my hands as well as my arms. It has definitely improved the dry appearance of my hands.

Lovely Scent, Lovely Indulgence

I purchased the hand oil after falling in love with the Wild Rose hand cream and hand butter. Another reviewer mentioned an odd scent and there's a possible metallic whiff to the oil but nothing off-putting; I only notice the rose scent which is among my favorites. I have not seen any noticeable lightening of dark spots on the backs of my hands, but the oil has a very soothing texture and I will continue to use it.
