Oh so soft skin!

I have been using this product for two weeks and have noticed much softer hydrated skin than prior to use. Extremely happy with this and all other skin care products I have recently tried from the Body Shop.

I want to return it. Terrible..

Hello,
I bought this serum about a month ago..the texture is great, and the little pump gives just enough for under the eyes. I have been using it twice a day (as directed on the package).
I've been noticing that my skin under the eyes feels tight now, which is enhancing my nearly not-there wrinkles (I'm 26). Today when I came into work, I went to apply some general mineral makeup, and under my eyes it was all dry and flaky/crusty. This was not my skin, since It washed off and felt alot lighter afterwards.
This product doesn't absorb well, and dries out my under eye area...What is going on?! I put a very minimal amount on and dab it..
I would stay away from this and maybe use one of their other serums.
Meanwhile I'm wondering if I can return it for a satisfaction garantee...

Replacing Expensive Eczema & Rosacea Creams

I have been battling eczema, rosacea and acne for many years with varying success and very high prices (Revaleskin, Avene, etc). I was about to renew a prescription for Elidel ($160 a tube) when my friend told me how much the Body Shop Tea Tree line had helped her acne. The salesperson suggested the Aloe line. I started with the protective serum and toner and was very impressed! I saw results within days of using it and have since bought the whole line.
I've now been using the Aloe products for a month and my redness is greatly reduced, my acne is much better, my face hasn't been itchy, and I haven't used any prescriptions creams. I still have some blackheads, so may add in some tea tree products once and a while. I highly recommend this product.

Soothing Serum

I'm not sure if it's the serum alone, or the combination of products in my new skin care routine, but I have seen such an improvement in my skin since I started using this product! I have very sensitive skin and my redness has all but gone away! I live in a hot, humid climate and this serum is so refreshing and moisturizing that I no longer need that extra step in my daily routine. Great product!
