After using the eye serum, I had high hopes for this, but it just doesn't cut it. Maybe I just don't get serums. I feel like they should sink into my skin, but it just feels like a film that blocks anything else I put on my skin from sinking in. I've been using this on my neck and chest instead, but I won't buy it again.

This serum is lightweight, great for summer. The smell is a bit off though. Other serums are more moisturizing. Would be good for someone with oily skin.

it absorbs fast into the skin and leaves skin feeling moisturized, however, it looks yellowish from the bottle and the smell of it isn't very pleasant to me. other than that its okay

Worth every penny!

My initial reaction to a $20 "pre" moisturizer was that it must be a step I could skip in my skin care regime.
Once I tried it I can't go back! Just a small amount instantly soothes and calms my sensitive/acne prone skin. I love the aloe line for its gentle products but due to recurring acne I also use some green tea products. I find this serum helps balance the effects of the stronger green tea line while not being oily or greasy.
