Smells Great, Doesn't Kill Body Odor

I absolutely LOVE the smell of the deodorant. I can't identify specifically what I'm smelling, but it's absolutely "cool and zesty." However, after giving this deodorant a full-week trial, I was disappointed by its performance. My body odor consistently returned within 8 hours after application - and those days included low-activity and no exercise. Every once in a while, I apply it lightly to my arms and legs, just to enjoy the "cool and zesty" smell for a while. :)

Not the Best Deodorant

Aluminum-free deodorant can be hard to find these days. I thought this was a very fair price with a scent I like so I decided to try it. It's not horrible, but it's effect fades quickly for me. I'm not a generally smelly person, but my underarms are usually a problem. If I put it on first thing in the morning, I have to reapply a few hours later which I do not like to do. The smell is great, I just do not find it to keep me fresh for the whole day.

I really enjoy the scent, very refreshing. I am also very refreshed by the list of ingredients. Truth is that any non-toxic deodorant just is not going to have the staying power of their chemically counterparts. This product claims to last 24 hours. It holds up 6-8 hours of inactivity. So, it usually gets you through the workday in the winter as long as you have a desk job. I am expecting to need multiple reapplications once the heat of summer hits. No way will it hold up to my bike commute. Overall, I still believe it is better to be happy with the ingredient list and have to reapply than to use Degree or Dove , etc.

I usually sweat under my arms... a lot. Freakishly a lot. It is really annoying. I have built up quite an impressive collection trying to find the 'one' that would help. Then it occurred to me, all of the Deodorants I own, have aluminum in them. So, I should try something natural, aluminum free. Then I found this. This is my first natural, aluminum free deodorant. Now, while it doesn't keep me smelling 'fresh' for a LONG time, it does keep me smelling fresh for a while. I didn't think it was normal to smell like my deodorant all the time, even when it wasn't applied anyways. You will have to apply it every... 6-8 hrs or so. The scent isn't the best on any of them, I would like to see more scents on them, however the scents are bearable and fairly decent. I have been using ONLY this deodorant and my sweating has reduced dramatically, reapplying every so often is worth not having sweat marks every time I raise my arm.
