This stuff actually works! I have tried a few other brands (store brands and major brands) to try to find an aluminum-free deodorant that actually worked. Most held up fine if I was sitting at my desk all day, but if I took a brisk walk at lunch or wore a particularly heavy blazer, I would start to feel uncomfortable - and the more nervous I got that my deodorant wouldn't work, the worse it got.
I had some concerns with antiperspirants because the typical big brand antiperspirant/deodorants I used would leave a film under my arms that I could not scrub off - that can't be good! This one is great - it is not an antiperspirant, but I do not sweat with this one like I did with other deodorant-only "all natural" brands. This is the best by far.

Ineffective and Gave Me a Rash

I thought that this deodorant was a waste of money, and I was very disappointed with it. First of all, it did not prevent the odor of sweat any more than if I had sprayed my armpits with perfume. It was the most ineffective deodorant I have ever used in my life. Not only that, but it made my skin red and irritated. After using it for a week or two, I gave up and threw it away. My rash disappeared within a few days. The only positive thing I have to say about this deodorant is that it has a pleasant scent.

Best Natural Deodorant I've Ever Found

Simply put, this is the best natural deodorant I have ever found. I've always avoided anti-perspirants and looked for natural ones but have noticed that with most "natural" deodorants, you will start to smell or sweat a bit at the end of the day. This Body Shop deodorant stays fresh all day, prevents you from sweating, and leaves NO ODOR in my clothes at the end of the day! It easily outperforms Tom's of Maine, Arm & Hammer, and Lady Speed Stick's non-antiperspirant formulas. I hope The Body Shop never stops selling these! And FYI, the blue one here is a good unisex/women's scent, the pink one is a women's scent, and the green one is more of a male's scent.
