Only thing that has helped my itchy scalp

I have tried a lot of different products over the years to try to get rid of my dandruff and itchy scalp. It was getting particularly worse this past year. This shampoo has been the only thing that has worked! I use it every other day, and it helps keep the itchiness at bay. I did pair it with the banana conditioner, as others suggested, but I have coarse hair and the banana conditioner didn't seem to provide enough moisture. I will probably find a different conditioner, but I can't recommend this shampoo any more highly!

works great on scalp, difficult to lather

This worked so well after my scalp became itchy last winter, and after using it everyday for about a week, the itchiness had stopped. I now use it about once a week just to keep the dryness at bay. However, It is hard to work into a lather, and it leaves the ends feeling a bit dry, so i just concentrate it on my scalp and roots

awesome for guys dandruff

Love the smell of this shampoo! I have been using it for months but am switching to the rainforest moisture S/C because I have dry, processed hair. I gave my boyfriend the rest of what I had left because he gets dandruff sometimes and he loves it! He's not a real picky guy but likes it mostly because the nice subtle smell...not like the over-fragrant men's shampoos he was used to getting.

The only thing that works for me

I've been using this product for a few years. Before I found this, I tried OTC and prescription shampoos and treatments, which tended to be very irritating. The Ginger Scalp Care has pretty much solved all my scalp issues and is so gentle. I might have to supplement with Head & Shoulders maybe 2-3 times a year, but that's it. Please never discontinue this product!
