Although Southeast Alaska is humid, winters can be very drying on the skin. Enter Spa Wisdom Africa Ximenia & Salt Scrub which I have used for several years. Not only does the scrub smooth away dry flaky skin, it leaves my body feeling smooth and silky. After showering, I usually hydrate with a shea body butter, but if I am hurried in the morning, I can get by without it for a day or so with the moisturizing powers of this scrub. I have given this as gifts to family and friends and it has always been welcomed!

Best Scrub for Very Dry Skin

Finding this little gold mine scrub has made my skin Unbelievably Soft. I have had eczema all of my life and have used the Cortisone and all of the Aveeno and Eucerin products but, this soft scrub has done more for me in 4 days than my other products.
The scent is soft and has a wonderful slight fragrance to the collection.
I bought the Shea Butter and Sesame oil Body Balm & the Honey & Beeswax hand & foot butter in this Collection. These 2 balm & hand and foot butter softens my skin, but more important is that it Stays Soft Overnight. Usually these butters last a few hours and thats it but I can say this Collection is worth every penny and more for what it does and for solving my very dry skin problem.
I would give these products 10 stars for solving my very dry skin problem.

I've been in love with the Africa line since it first came out years and years ago, and I'm so happy this is something that has withstood the test of time. This scrub is creamy and light and the scent is wonderful! The size of the jar is also pretty significant and lasts a long time. This is definitely my favorite of the TBS scrubs.

The most luxurious body scrub

This is by far the most luxurious body scrub I've tried. Some scrubs are very grainy and course, and really help scrub dead skin off - this isn't really that kind of scrub. It's definitely a more moisturizing, soft and creamy texture with a very fine exfoliating element that makes you feel pampered, and makes your skin feel so soft and moisturized.
