The night that I received my Deep Sleep and Body Mist, I lightly sprayed my pillow , sheets and myself before retiring. I have trouble sleeping, but, not with this product! It does exactly what it says it does. You inhale the lovely smells . Every time you roll over or move, you smell it again. I have not had a sleep like this in a long time. Thank you Body Shop. I would advise everyone to try it.

A good night sleep in a bottle!

To be honest, I have looked at this for a while but was a bit skeptical.
I work in retail and sometimes it's a very demanding job. Even stressful at times. I have a hard time winding down most nights to sleep.
For a few nights in a row; I sprayed this on my pillow about a half hour before I was going to go to bed. To my pleasant surprise this stuff really DID help me sleep better than the nights where I forgot to spray it on my pillow.
It relaxed me with it's light scent and I drifted off to sleep much quicker as well.
A little on the expensive side, but one or two sprays is more than enough.
It's worth a try if you're skeptical and have a hard time winding down at night.

I love this product! I spray it on my pillow at night to help me relax. I am an on the go person who normally doesn't stop moving until bedtime, which means that I don't have a lot of time to unwind before bed, this product line is a great help to me.
