I have tried this for a few nights in a row and have not noticed any difference in my ability to relax, fall asleep, or the quality of my sleep. It is a nice scent, but not sure it was worth the money since i have yet to see any benefits. smells like a soft combo of lavender and orange peel? It is pretty, worth a try I guess.

First of all, it smells good. I was attracted by its name When I search the website. I had had bad sleep for about a week and got really tired so I decided to buy and try. I use it together with the deep sleep shower cream for several nights. The first night I used them, I had a better sleep and the following nights I was back to normal sleep. I think it helps.

really like the deep sleep line

I have become more or less hooked on the deep sleep milk bath float. It has really helped me get a better night sleep! I ultimately bought most of the line to preserve the relaxing effect of the bath. I like this spray less than the other products or the energy spray (there is a bit more patchouli in this) but do find it a nice finish and would still recommend overall. Much better value than the pulse cream!
