I have a hard time staying asleep I thought this pulse point would help but doesn't the fragrance only lasts a short time I was also confused on its actual benefits to deep sleeping so I wouldn't recommend this as anything more than a wonderful lavender scented cream you could use anytime, for the price I would find something that last longer and less expensive

There is nothing wrong with this. I really enjoy the scent, but I find that I am more inclined to use the oil, the pillow mist and the shower, or bath milk before I reach for the pulse point balm. Unnecessary for me personally, as I prefer other products in the deep sleep line.

The Deep sleep line is excellent! I love the smell and I like that it is not overpowering. The only problem I have is the price for such a tiny bottle. I would by this one product more if the bottle was bigger.
