After applying this product after only one day, I didn't feel strongly about it. It has a nice, light smell that doesn't really linger and disappears after 5 minutes of application. If you are looking for a balm that isn't so overpowering, this would probably be more ideal for you. I, on the other hand, was hoping that its fragrance didn't disappear so quickly because I really liked it; It was very pleasant and comforting.
I was especially disappointed because I expected to get a good night's sleep but didn't. Maybe I should have been more forgiving and given it more than a day before returning it, but I am pretty sure that this balm will not really serve a purpose to me (but collect dust on my bathroom counter) and I went with my gut and decided to return it. I have no regrets.

The smell is not over powering to keep you up at night. I haven't really noticed that it helps me relax or sleep any more than before though.

I have been having trouble going to sleep & staying asleep.
I saw this on the body shop's website & thought I'd try it. I use the pleasant smelling cream on my pulse points of my wrists & neck.. I found I sleep soooo much better now.. without meds or tea's.. Thanks for your help!

I am one of those who wake up every 1-2 hours at night and can't remember the last time I slept more than 4 hours straight. I bought this product yesterday and last night I slept for 6 hours straight and didn't even move!!!! I am hooked!!! Never has that happened to me even with sleeping pills. I am planning to buy the whole line. Love it!!
