Doesn't exfoliate and doesn't reduce blackheads

I'm normally a fan of Body Shop skincare products, but I was disappointed with this purchase. The wash didn't have many "scrubby" particles in it, so it didn't exfoliate well. While it smelled like tea tree oil, it didn't do anything to reduce breakouts or blackheads. I am going back to my drugstore brand apricot scrub that is a third of the price.

I'm not sure why it's called "wash"; there was no lather or suds when used as directed. There was not enough exfoliating beads either. I plan to return this item ASAP and get something that works. Rather disappointing, to say the least.

I suffer from moderate acne and I have been using a lot of products but nothing seem to work. This exfoliator really helped me keep the acne under control. The beads are kinda large for exfoliation but it's the soothing after feeling that counted for me. Unlike other products this doesn't leave your skin feeling dry. I used it with the skin clearing lotion and tea tree oil and it's working for me.
