I use this nightly before bed. I light my burner before I get in the shower so when I'm ready to come to bed, my room is gently scented with the wonderful, relaxing smell of this oil.

Best Before Bed!

I got this product from a friend as a birthday present - she knew I had recently had issues falling a sleep! The mix of ingredients creates a calming, soothing feeling and literally just helps you fall asleep! You only need a few drops every time you use it, and the smell lingers in the room for a while, so it's definitely got value! I went back later to buy the Soothing Shower Cream and the Body Moisturizer.
